Built form, surrounded by heavily frequented roads, frames an area of spatial differentiation between the common ground of an open space around a lake and integrated private yards within the elements of built form. Elevated paths generate depth and width to the enclosed green space and link to built form. Thus, a closely interwoven network of built form and open spaces has been created with spatial parts to be used differently.
